Alejandra Solar, is currently based in Luxembourg. Born 1975 in Mexico City with University degrees in the USA, Spain and Germany, she holds a Master in Fine Arts from the University of Applied Sciences Trier, Idar-Oberstein, Germany and her work has been published in various books; magazines and catalogues and exhibited in numerous worldwide exhibitions.
Alejandra was awarded the Design prize of the “Association of Jewellers of Catalunya” in 2006 in Barcelona, and the “New Traditional Jewellery Award” at Sieraad Art Fair, Amsterdam, 2014. Her work is part of the permanent collection of the Schmuckmuseum (Jewelry Museum) Pforzheim.
